SRS Stick Defense Training













Dear Members,

Please be informed that we've Stick Defense Training scheduled every Monday from 9pm -10pm at Gasing Indah Park.(football field).


This is a very useful training for you to learn how to use the stick when situation arise which would benefit all members.
This training is provided Free of Charge.

 Our "Sifu" Leong will conduct the training session...
