Gasing Indah, PJ "Guarded Community" in operations from 1st Nov 2009

Dear Residents,
Our Guarded Community has started operations since 1st Nov '09. Our appointed security guard firm is "BERTAM SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD" which will protect our loved Taman. They will be posted at guard post at both entrance to our Taman and will be patrolling & monitoring the security 24 hours with full uniforms, motorcycyle and walkie-talkie. They are well trained and experience handling any emergency situation.

We hope our fellow residents would be patient to bear with us since the security guards are new to our Taman, our roads and our community. There may be some hiccups and weakness however we'll monitor and feedback to the security services provider in two weeks time for improvements. Meantime please cooperate with the guards so that they may carry up their task effectively. 

Please paste the car sticker on the left side of your car windscreen above the road tax so that the guards would be able to view and allow for quick access.

BENEFITS OF THE SECURITY SCHEME

a) Increasing the level of security in this Gasing Indah, PJ area especially on times of long weekends.
b) The environment of this residential area will become more peaceful and harmony without the entering of unidentified outsiders from nowhere.
c) The newly appointed security guard firm will follow all requirements from the SIT committee of RT GI.
d) This Security services will be monitored and checked by the SIT committee of RT GI.
e) To avoid/deter the loitering activity by outsiders or 'Mat Rempit' in our residential area, which happens right now.
f) To avoid theft and buglary cases, disturbance of illegal money lender and gangsterism.
g) To avoid/deter the unwanted mailers or flyers in our letter box. 
h) The residents will be more confidence to send their kids playing at the childrens playground.


We hope you will think in a positive way. The strong support from the majority of residents is needed in making it materialise because this sevice program its not free. And nothing is free nowadays. For those Malaysian citizen that is professional and really counts on the happily, peacefully and harmony family life, it is a real good security program.
